Refund Policy

At ADHD Clarity, we strive to provide exceptional service and support. However, we understand that sometimes a refund may be necessary. Please review our policy below for details on eligibility and the refund process.

Eligibility for refunds

You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  • Cancelled assessments – If you cancel your ADHD assessment at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, you will receive a full refund.
  • Service not provided – If, due to unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to deliver your assessment, you will be refunded in full.
  • Duplicate payments – In the rare event of an accidental duplicate charge, we will refund the additional payment immediately upon verification.

Non-refundable services

Certain services are exempt from refunds, including:

  • Completed ADHD assessments.
  • Missed appointments without 48 hours’ notice.
  • Any additional services or reports requested after the assessment.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team within 14 days of your payment. Include your:

  • Full name
  • Order or booking reference
  • Reason for the refund request

We aim to process refunds within 5-7 working days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
